I was contacted several times by one of the managers following my initial phone interview to see if I would be able to come in for another, even after I had mentioned I would be leaving. This was very shocking to see, and made me believe that Equinox truly takes care to get to know its employees before hiring them, even following up after several months. Wish I could have made the position work.

What about the company intrigued me, and what I could contribute
Quick on the phone screen then one in-person interview. The phone screen was asking about who you are, interest and baseline experience. In person is more about what you would be a good fit, interest within the industry, and scheduling.
It was a straightforward, single interview with the manager. Nothing hard just the basic interview questions and questions about your past experience in customer service. It was easy and not threatening
The interview process felt like a conversation, yes it is important to talk about professional skills but I liked that they also focused on you as a person in the process.
