It is a very long process, but once you get in it is only the beginning. The sales training is hard but very valuable so the interview is a preview of what is to come. That being said if you can stick it out, it is a great learning environment! It is a long road, but hard work and being organized are crucial to future business. Also, make to sure to follow up!

Are you able to support yourself while you are building your business?

- interview with the GM of the club
All pretty straightforward with some curveball questions.generally about experience in sales, work ethic, why equinox etc.
Phone screening interview with Human Resources at HQ, zoom interview with Sales Manager, then another phone call with Human Resources person at HQ to specify details of accepting the offer

You have to do a video for the application process. They do a phone call interview first and then they schedule an in person interview. After that they reach out within a couple days if you get an offer.
