Got the interview from a friend working there. First interview with HR mostly about background, actuarial skills/ exams/ projects. Second round with manager, technical questions, ask for examples where I had applied actuarial skills. Final round with a director, questions about ethics, actuary's roll in companies. Gave me a little case mostly about reserves.
