A phone call with HR, then a face to face technical interview. The process is quick and HR are following closely during the whole process and the on-boarding as well.

Interview process was flawed from the beginning, the HR didn't ask about by current CTC and scheduled interviews, I cleared all interviews and when we started on salary negotiation, they were not able to even match my CTC, and eventually they told me that the position is now gone on hold. This was so unprofessional and totally wasted my time.
