I have applied online for the Application Developer role where I received an invite for an initial phone screen interview. A week later, a HR person that contacted me, asked me about my skills and interests, and why did I apply for this role. I have sent an email to get a feedback a few days later but there was no reply. After 2 weeks, the HR person contact me with an invite for an on-site interview with an ultimatum to accept and come the following day.
Upon arrival, I met with the HR person where we talked briefly for 5 minutes. The HR person lead me to the conference room where the interview was conducted with 2 people in-person and another person that was remotely. Most of the questions that I was asked were about my previous roles, why am I applying for this position and what are the main duties of this role. Overall, the atmosphere was positive, and it was not technical in nature.
I have sent an email to the HR person as I did not receive a feedback. A few days later, I received a formal email, mentioning that they decided to move forward with other candidates. The company did not act proficiently as it did not contact me with a proper feedback and did not answer my emails or calls after the on-site interview.
