Had a total of 3 job interviews: the first was with a recruiter who posted the job, the next with the team lead, and the last was with the head of the department. The first two interviews were easy with typical HR questions you would expect. However my last and final interview was with the department head who was completely unprofessional and unprepared. The same questions as my second interview were being asked but instead the interviewer was hostile with everyone of my answers which left a very poor impression of the work enviornment. On top of that, they had promised to keep in communication and give feedback. I still haven´t heard from anyone in 3 months, not even a rejection email.
