Very thorough and informative about the position and the job requirements. Lots of questions regarding how you work with people, not as many about design. The manager was friendly and personable. Lots of hypothetical questions. Be sure to have some experiences ready to discuss regarding a difficult client, a difficult co-worker, what makes you a leader, what sets you apart, etc. I was invited back for a second interview but declined as the schedule was not going to work for me. (No weekends off, long hours.)

fairly easy. Completed first round. designers are expected to meet monthly goal of selling $60k - if selling cap not met (ex. you only sell $50K) the extra amount (ex. $10k not met) will carry on to the next month. met with two managers, both whom were professional and friendly.
