Great interview process. 1. interview was 30 min to get to know each other (with HR and HM). 2. Interview had two parts. 1. part: Project Management case studies. 2. part: Technical/ scientific understanding (the role was for manufacturing area).

They did not ask behavioural or STAR questions. They presented me with real life questions/ case studies to understand/ learn about my PM style.
