I interviewed with the VP of the company, which lasted for 30 minutes. He was unprepared, didn't read my resume beforehand so he was reading it on the spot. The interviewer asked generic interview questions then asked if I have any questions. After that, I was sent to write an IQ test, which was only give 25 minutes to answer 100 questions. It was definitely not enough time to write the test and it wasn't point based, so I'm not sure how they are marking it.
