Phone interviews. Initially with the reporting line exec (my proposed boss) and then another interview with one of his direct reports (therefore would be my peer within the organisation). Due to time zones these were at the beginning and end of the day here in the UK. The hiring exec was in San Francisco whilst his direct report was in Australia!
