The interview was fairly standard with mostly behavioral questions sprinkled with some questions related to my experience. I felt the interviewers were attentive. However, once I completed the interview it took them 5 months until I heard back with a decision. Of course I could glean that I had not gotten the job after my correspondence post-interview was met with silence. However, to contact me 5 months later to let me know is odd and unprofessional. If I were to send them any feedback it would be to make decisions faster and communicate with applicants requesting follow up. It's courteous and the right thing to do!
