Interview process was good. While there was no in person interview, the process took a phone interview and a skype interview. The questions were assessments in theory for GIS and relevant to the job
The interviewer was really nice and he gave me a overall picture of how the job would be. They ask about you and GIS questions to see how knowledge you are in the field.

Good and informative. They told me about what to expect and what the day to day is going to be. Seems simple for people to understand their operation. Very informative and very nice. I liked it.

It was a phone interview and they just ask general questions about your GIS background. Not very many behavioral questions, mostly they just want to see your process for mapping or researching.
