Standard application online, quick call with HR, then an online video interview with the two team members. The interview questions were standard but the two team members were a bit disrespectful and made comments that they didn't think I could speak French since my name is English, despite completing the whole hiring process and interview in French. They clearly did not want me on their team, it seemed like HR imposed the interview on them since my experience matched the role so well.
