Interviewer stood me up. At interview time, the recruiter entered the conference and told me the interviewer might be late. After 15 minutes, the recruiter told me that the interviewer could not make it and asked me to reschedule, which I refused.

Fairly straightforward. Started with an initial discussion, then a technical task. I delivered the task with proper structure and a simple system design, but the feedback leaned more toward questioning the approach than discussing it technically. Overall, it felt less like a collaborative evaluation and more like a mismatch in expectations.
