Got a call a few weeks after I interviewed online. Went in for a group interview with one manager and about eight other potential employees. Everyone got papers to fill out. Next the manager asked some questions and we either went around in a circle by turn answering them or whoever wanted to answer them just answered them.
A couple days later I got a call which I missed asking to come in for another interview (didn't have my voicemail activated at the time)
Then a week later I got another call asking if I would like the job.

I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed

Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.

Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
