Contracted through temp agency. Received call for interview the day after I applied. 1st interview through temp agency. 2nd interview at express scripts. Hired 1 month before class began. 7 weeks paid training. Express Scripts starting transition for temp employees to permanent employees after 3 months.

The interview process was simple and straightforward. There was an HR phone screen and then two Manager interviews. Interviews were generally about 30 minutes or so. Questions were not too indepth and behavior based.

Multiple questions in regards of experience and job information. Very easy questions but long. Interview was very interesting and it took a few days with the processing of the job.
