Submit both application and resume', then basic test, then more advanced test, then virtual interview in which I had to download a special app to my phone, then in person interview to inform me that I did not meet the right hiring qualifications!

I met and interviewed with the most genuine and laidback Supervisor. He put me completely at ease after I spoke with the initial recruiter. Great experience. I think I got lucky meeting with the gentleman that I did because as I discussed my interview with new coworkers some of them had multiple rounds.

The interview process was good they ask customer service questions like what does customer service mean to you? Tell me about a time a customer was upset and how did you handle that?
