Applied online was invited for the test, we had our biometrics captured, then got briefed on the test rules then we took the online test in the test center. The test questions was based on the role you applied

Interview at university, then a phone follow up, followed by another interview at the head office. Inital interviews were with a senior engineer and follow up interviews with no less than two people, Each candidate had a buddy who would look after us during the interview process. Very professional organisation and I would recommend to anyone.
