First round with the HR, who Interviews while driving, shows up 15 min late, doesn't have my resume, and has no idea who he was speaking to! I remained calm and gave the interview anyway. The HR told me that next he will schedule an interview with hiring manager, which he never did. On top of that he never replied to my follow up emails. Are they even hiring or just wasting people's time? It's time they should start being serious about the job they do.
