Applied in online. Filled out application, submitted resume. Got interview approx 1 week after. 1st interview 1:1 with some manager, 2nd interview was group/panel. (Kinda of weird to have a panel interview for ATC) but what ever. Interviews were pretty standard, tell me a time when: difficutlty making tough decision, what was the outcome things like that.

The interview was basically just sitting down with a manager and talking to make sure you're not completely stupid or lied on the application. The FAA has changed their hiring practices so many times over the last few years, I'm not sure they even do interviews anymore. It's a mess trying to get into the agency.
