Applied through an agency, interview process involved a phone conversation with the recruitment consultant, an in person interview along with a 20 min test then a final stage online interview with the head of department. Everything went well on my end, was told that I got the highest marks in the 20min test compared to other applicants and they wanted me back. I felt as if I already received the job. I received an email 2 weeks after the final stage interview that out of two final candidates they’ve decided to go with the other candidate as they only had one position, no specific or personal feedback, just a blind pick decision.
