2 rounds of interviews, HR call first then 2 hour interview with 6 members of the team. First with 2 junior members, then 2 senior members, then the team executive. Everyone was nice and willing to answer questions.
Really enjoyed the interview process. Got a great feel for the culture and the place. The people working here are very cool and nice. They look for creativity and accountability and basically look for cultural fit more than educational qualifications.

The interview was fairly casual and was held on Zoom, where I was asked about my personal interests and hobbies as well as my current process in growing my professional development. I was also asked why I chose to study what I do, and where I hope to see myself in the future as of now.
