First thing is a phone call with the recruiter, there they asked you about what you know about FDM, Your experience/knowledge of the IT industry, and your Career aspirations. If you get moved on, the next step is 2 phases: 1) An Aptitude test on SQL, Problem Solving , Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures and Unix. 2) A Video Interview where you record your answers for strength-based questions. I believe there is a third step but I didn't make it that far

The interview started with getting asked some question on ym background and was professional and the interviewer was nice. Then after there was an assessment on HackRank with a Java object oriented problem and a leetcode type problem. I ended up messing up the leetcode problem and got rejected but overall this was a good experience with FDM Group.

took a few days to recieve the inv for the exam
they only give me 4 days to prep for the hacker rank exam which was quite stress also the format of the interview was quite different from the practice exam
Hackerrank test which involved basic problem solving but then a coding assignment at the end. Lockdown browser was needed and webcam was on. Timed assessment but plenty of time. Also had phone call interview.
