Phone interview for a few minutes asking about yourself. They care more about your ability to articulate yourself than your actual answers, since you will be on the phone for a good portion of the day.

The interview process was very smooth. Two rounds long. They were both behavioral. Wanted to know the basics like how you respond to feedback, etc. The recruiters made me feel very comfortable.
Went through three different rounds of interviews. The second round was with two executives. The first and last were with more senior employees. Process did take long as there was lots of waiting between the stages.

The interview was straightforward with basic questions like Why us? and why this practice? They asked me a lot of questions around my background and also asked me why this city?
