Three-step process with a phone call, interview and a presentation. All in a professional manner. Multiple people in interviews, from local and central teams. I didn't get an offer only because I asked about possibilities to move abroad within the company and the local team didn't like it. Pretty ridiculous.

The first interview from the recruiter, Ionut, who reached out to me was a great sell of the company. I was asked of my experience and more details as to why I’m looking for other opportunities. He explained to me the next steps and I will be getting a practical coding test to write a simple app.
From the code test description it mentioned this shouldn’t take more than 2-3 hrs but I can submit after a week. Indeed the app doesn’t need that much time I completed it in around 4-hrs. I received an email though after a couple of days that they didn’t consider my work at par with what they expect - using a 3rd party plugin instead of using vanilla iOS library classes/methods, MVVM for a small app, why landscape and not portrait (a discussion that would have been interesting in a second interview as mentioned by the recruiter).
They should have just put that as requirement as I was trying to impress on them I can build apps without the help of any plugin but that’s their criteria. There’s so many ways to build apps but they weren’t clear on what they prefer and would rather the applicant take a wild guess and be lucky.

I was contacted via LinkedIn by a MyTaxi recruiter. We then had a call to discuss the position and my background. The recruiter was very nice and gentle (her name was Cecelia). After that I received a task assignment to complete in 1 week. They say most developers take some hours to complete it but that's not true, however the task is not hard. I completed the task and submitted for review. After 2 weeks I received an email saying that my code made a good impression on them and that they'd like to invite me to another video call where I would defend my implementation. They then asked me for my availability for that call and also earliest start date and desired gross annual salary in Euro. I provided the dates and my salary expectation (€ 60k per year, average for Germany) letting them know that that was negotiable. Surprisingly after that I got an email saying that they had confused themselves and that actually they've decided to not move forward with my application. It's kinda clear that once they've seen the salary expectation, they invented that confusion story, just to dump me. It doesn't seem like a very professional thing to do. Would never consider again working for them and will definitely let my colleagues know to avoid them.

I apply online and after a few days I received an email from an IT Recruiter. They ask me to choose 3 availabilities on a calendar. After that, I received a zoom.us call and I make a little chat with the IT recruiter.
After that, I received a test. Principaly in Spring boot. The test was easy. And the recruite specify that I will have a test review with a senior if my result sounds good. After my submission, an HR manager send me an email to ask me to choose my availability for talking with the senior about my test solution.
After a carefull discussion with the recruiter, I received an email from HR to tell me that they have proceed with others candidates.

The first call was an interview with an HR which was relatively nice and they asked me the usual silly HR questions. The second round was to build a mixed Objective-C and Swift app with very loose requirements which pull data from their API. The API was poorly designed and had almost no documentation, and it wasn't quite clear what were the companies expectation for the final product. They claimed that the project should take no more than 3-4 hours, but at the same time, it appears that they wanted you to build a full-blown ride-hailing app in that time with full test coverage and custom design (which wasn't even provided). One can only guess, as I got rejected after submitting the test project with no technical feedback from them.

The personal first interview is simple, they want to know you and the reason that why you applied. The girl who did the interview was really good, her name is Sophia. Then they will send you a test and you will have 1 week to make it. After it, you must wait around 2 weeks for the results (mine took 3 weeks).
They declined my progress and I asked for feedback, at this point was a little bit bad because I was expecting something with more details and maybe talk with someone technical who I could ask some questions just to know where I had the mistake for improve myself, so Sophia tried her best to explain me what was my fault but I could ask nothing because she is not technical.

First interview with the recruiter was a classic one, tell about your experience etc...
For the third step I was given a Spring boot project to add some new functionalities.
Ive implemented all the required features, it took me around 10 hours.
After few days I got a response saying that I was not qualified.
Im ok of not being qualified, but never got feedback regarding my assessment.
My advice for the company: Dont make people waste their time with your assessments If you're not willing to give proper feedback.

First call with HR with general questions. Second, take home test. In the test they give you a pre made project to complete some features. Unfortunately, the test code is poorly written and uses some outdated design patterns, such as soft delete and bean converters... They ask you to make some decisions and justify them, which is perfectly fine. After the test, you have a review session with two engineers. Then they ask you some generic questions, like: "Why did you use an Enum?". At the end of the session, I had the impression that this is the type of company that you have endless discussions on things like "what size this string column should have?" or "why this variable is named X and not Y". I asked engineers what their daily life looks like, they said they spend most of the time fixing their environment. Well... I could not build a rapport with the interviewers and I felt awkward in general. I ended up being rejected in the review round.
