I had 2 rounds of interviews, mix of behavioral and technical but generally not hard questions. They asked most about my interest in the position and past experience that aligns. People were super nice and easy to talk to

Why are you interested in this position? and why FTI
After I applied online, a recruiter reached out a couple of weeks later to setup an introductory call.
Call went great. I followed up. They replied quickly, saying they're still interviewing.
It's now 6 weeks later, job is reposted and I didn't hear a thing either way.
Ghosted.
Easy interview process with some data analysis and questions to answer about a case with financial statements. Behavioral questions like why this firm, why consulting, etc. Professional process and not too difficult
The process has a very practical and interesting case study, an introduction about the firm and employee teams. Overall speaking, there have a very good vibe and a friendly working atmosphere.
