I applied though an employee referral, they gave me a first round interview after I filled out and the competency questions form by email. AT their offices they asked standard fit questions, and what I knew about the role. They had an excel test on their own laptops; make sure you understand vlookups, and basic editing! I got rejected based off my personality and seemly 'lack of enthusiasm'.
