Very warm and friendly in the clinic. Received an offer but was told that my years of experience as an inpatient RN were not considered “direct experience” so they wanted to pay me at a “step 1 RN wage.” Absolutely not standard practice. Also asked for 5 references. A lot of time wasted here. Thought they gave the impression of valuing staff.
