I had 3 rounds,
1. Recruiter Screen
2. Past Experiences Discussion
3. Coding Round
The process seemed smooth. However it was very disappointing to see that at the end of the interview I was told that my background and current experience was not in Java hence they would not move forward with me which. I had already let them know that in the first round itself. On the day of my coding round, I was told by the interviewer “I don’t care what language you use I just want to see your problem solving skills” so unsure what went wrong after that.
The feedback that the recruiter gave me was very positive and had only good things to say about me however I was not given an offer, so the interview process wasn’t even helpful to me because of no valuable feedback given.

Vidoe call with two staff, no questions asked about experience required for the job. It felt like the decision had been made before the interview started. The interview lasted less than an hour.
