Standard process. Phone interview, onsite interview, a few video chats and phone calls. The process took awhile because two other teams were also interested in me. I ended up in a different role that suits me much better and has an immediate benefit to the company. Hired.com was who set up the initial interview, and I recommend them to everyone in tech.
