I met twice with the hiring manger. The second interview was very thorough and involved a few of the other team designers for critique of my work. They asked great questions and I felt comfortable right from the start.

The worst job interview ever. He tried to poke holes in my resume, seemingly unaware that he wasn't doing a good job. The interview was held at the westside facility. I'm not sure why he wasted my time. It sounded to me with the questioning that he had already made up his mind about me. I'm not sure he heard a word I said, he thought he was so clever with his questions.

You said you worked at _____ and redesigned their website that is still in use. However the time frame that you were there indicates that you wouldn't have been there long enough for a redesign.
