1 on 1. no pressure. straight forward. no trick questions or off the wall questions. asked about past employment and other experience. over a good environment and relaxed.The regional manager was the interviewing person. no one else interviewed me. I was offered on the spot.
General Interview with general questions. Want to see your commitment and motivation level. Usually there will be General Manager and Outside Sales Rep part of the interview process, but this is way to see if different personalities fit with the team.

I was first interviewed by a store manager and then moved on to a district manager. The questions were your typical interview questions and extremely casual. Would not recommend wearing a suit.
