Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite l'università. La procedura ha richiesto un giorno. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso FedEx nel mese di set 2011
Colloquio
The interviewer didn't ask any preliminary questions. He stuck to a predetermined set of questions. These questions ranged from situations where you acted as a leader & how you tell others what to do when you have no direct authority over them. Also asked questions such as "How would you compensate for a 5% increase in volume that was not originally budgeted for?" and "Once a report is submitted to the CFO and you find an error what do you do? Even if it is 'only $1 million' on a $7 billion project/budget" as well as some basic financial questions pertaining to NPV, IRR, and MIRR.
