Interview consisted of a panel of five existing Senior Managers and the hiring Managing Director. The first phase of the interview was a 10 minute presentation on a topic selected by the panel. I was given 20 minutes to prepare and create a PowerPoint presentation on the topic. The next phase consisted of interview questions from the panel which lasted about 40 minutes. The last phase was a math test on business skills such as calculating cost per package, package per FTE, effective employee scheduling, etc.

Applied online, received call from HR who went into a lot of detail about the role, accountabilities & reporting structure. Phone interview lasted 15-20 general overview of resume. Called in for first interview with HR, process started with a tour of the facilities, then brought up to HR area. Questions were behavioural based. Approximately 10-15 questions. Interview lasted 1.5 hours. A week later was called back for a panel with hiring manager and another HR member. 20 more behavioural base questions, interview lasted 2 hours.
