Short phone interview then a tour of the facilities with a manager. No questions really, this is the entry level job for the company. All you need is your high school diploma, a driving record with less than two speeding violations, and the ability to lift packages of up to 75 lbs alone, or higher with assistance.

The complete process from when I applied until I got hired took me about 3 weeks. I think it was a long time for the entry-level position I had applied for. Considering I didn't have a formal interview, but only a phone call informing me of the job location and salary, the process continued if I accepted.
