Applied got a call, went in for an interview, took a drug test and got the job. I feel like the company hires anybody that can read a map. The training isn't really helpful. They need a better system so that the employees know which deliveries to deliver next. Especially for the new comers. Get ready to work hard during peak hours.
I was asked if I would work in any weather, be on time/have good attendance, and could lift up to 50 pounds on my own. Then I was asked 3 star format behavioral questions.
