Very quick, there are a series of standard questions, most are yes and no, at the end there will be an oppurtunity for you to ask questions specifically about the job. The interview is somewhat informal. Once the interview process is complete, you move to tne next step in the process.

Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
