The interview consisted mostly of past jobs questions. I didn't have any experience in this field but I was able to relate my experiences to the questions. I studied the history of FedEx thinking I was going to be asked what I knew about the company but they never did. They did give me a multiplication worksheet with 6 easy problems.

You walk into the front desk and sign in and wait to be seen by the interviewer. Once seen you begin the interview. Followed by questions. Bam interview is done

Meet with employer. Talk for a minute and then they take you on your dock tour. They described the type of job it is and what you would be doing. He explains everything about the company and pay rate.
