I have very contradictive opinion about the whole process. Overall, I had a positive impression of the people I interacted with during the interview process. However, there were a few points worth noting:
1) HR and the hiring manager seemed to have different roles in mind for this position.
2) The test given was quite challenging but not entirely relevant to the job, in my opinion knowing logarithms and quadratic equations doesn’t seem particularly applicable. The test was tough, so be prepared, but I managed to pass it successfully.
3) HR mentioned they were in a rush to fill the position, yet the whole process took over a month and half. I also asked HR a few questions but never received a reply, which left me feeling uncertain before the final interview. On the last interview I was informed one hiring manager would be on leave for two weeks, so there was no timeline for a decision.
4) During the final panel interview, some participants did not turn on their cameras. I feel that everyone should be on the same level and show respect for the interview process.
Overall, prepare to the interview is a key of success.

La primera entrevista fue con recursos humanos, luego 2 entrevistas con el hiring manager más un business case. Luego una última con el Chief Marketing officer en donde te Reta haciendo preguntas capciosas para evaluar tu agilidad.
Es muy importante pasar el
Test psicotécnico. Si no lo pasas estás descartado automáticamente.

I've been on three different processes for this company and on the three of them they ghosted me. Even though passing the test and other interviews the process ends because they end up not answering. It's insane and it's a petty because I really wanted to work for this industry and I thought (words coming from them) that we were a good match.
