Very easy, it was the manager of the store with a group of potential employees. He asked basic behavioral questions as well as wanted questions from the interviewees. Overall, going over basic "google" questions is best and no prior knowledge of brands, fashion or other misconceptions necessary.
Standard entry level customer service industry questions. Hired on the spot. Quick process one on with the manager. Got a tour of the store right after. Reviewed resume with manager and went over work history

interview was very straightforward. some easy questions, some tough questions. there were lots of scenario questions that i loved answering. i am very eager to hear back for my second interview
