Overall the process was good and didn't find redundancy. They get too much into technical details and would leave no aspect untouched.

Colloquio
The took 1 written round then made me wait for 3 hours and then called me for the 1to1 round. The interviewer seemed less experienced and asked me few questions about site security and optimization then approved me for machine test. The machine test was the written test on computer but without running the program, just write the code in Sublime text. I cleared all the rounds on same day. After a long dicsussion HR sent me an offer letter with very less salary hike. I rejected the offer and then she (Rani Saini) called me again and after the long discussion she sent me another offer letter with revised salary but again less hike (around 15%) and asked me to join in 2 days. I told her that I need at least 15 days but she wanted me to leave my current company without proper notice period hence I rejected the offer letter.
