I had a Phone call interview with Human Resources about skills and past experience. We talked about different accounts and customer service skills. Security measures and benefits with the company.
Once I applied got an interview scheduled within a week. The interview lasted about 30-40 minutes. I was asked both behavioral and a few technical questions pertaining to the job description.
