The interviewer quickly ran through a day at the restaurant. The biggest turn off was the competitive scheduling. They wouldn’t offer me a consistent schedule & informed me they schedule based on sales. Extremely ableist & unprofessional.

Straight forward and to the point. Simple questions about why I wanted to work there and the qualifications I had. Asked back for second interview. Both interviews were held in person.
