Was contacted by their corporate recruiter, did a brief phone screening a few days later with the recruiter, and was contacted again the following week to set up an on-site interview. Interviewed 2 weeks later with two supervisors from the hiring group. They both went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, and were very warm and accomodating. Light-hearted atmosphere with standard behavior based interview questions. Took me for a tour of the facility. The whole thing took about 1.5 hours and I was out the door. Sent a follow up email 2 days later thanking them for their time and stating how impressed I was with the company. The same day I recieved a call from the corporate recruiter saying he was going to reach out to me anyway to let me know they loved me and are working on getting an offer approved and I should be hearing again from him the following day. The following day, the offer was read over the phone and accepted 2 days later as is, because the package was substantially more than I was expecting. Fantastic process, very easy to work with HR/Recruiting so far!
