I visited the recruitment agency which hires for BPO's and spoke to a reference person present there he tried setting me up with first source for SKY throught which he was successful in doing so, after going through and clearing a Voice and Accent round and being successful i further went through the next round in which i had to speak to the manager himself on the phone, and after clearing a few questions was qucikly selected to work for the organisation.
