Applied online for a position in the London office and was contacted about a week later by someone in their HR department. Was asked to reiterate my interest, and provide salary expectations and availability. Did all this and never heard anything back (despite follow ups). Could well be because my expectation was far off the mark, but I would have appreciated that as a piece of feedback. Unfortunately put me off applying for other roles which became available with the firm.

Several interviews online with several levels of credit analyst. All interviews were around 20 minutes. One analyst didn't show up at all causing the need to try and chase down what was happening. No direct contact with analysts.
