Poorly planned process. Firstly they had two different dates to submit the first part of the application to, each dates were around a week apart which is ridiculously unprofessional. Furthermore the application form they ask you to fill out states not to add your name, however in your personal statement you can add anything to back-up your submission. This can include things like academic achievements and other work-related social factors. NOt a very equal way of promotion diversity and inclusion. The tasks set were very basic, but had to be done in accordance with your top pick sector to go into. Which at this point of the process seems pointless, considering they stated you might not get that pick.
Would not recommend this company, they need to make a streamlined process, and brush over some of their statements.

What makes you the perfect candidate for a career in public relations and strategic communications?
Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso FleishmanHillard (Londra, Inghilterra) nel mese di dic 2019

You apply online first for the graduate programme. You are then asked to tell them more about yourself and present it in a creative manner. In the second part of the application you had to suggest action to take for a project they give you. If you are accepted, you go to the assessment day where you have a 'speed dating' form of interview with a number of sectors of the company.

Initially applied for the first 2019 intake, after which I received no correspondence following a phone interview telling me I'd made it through the first round.
I naively thought that I should apply again, this time making it to a second round of interviews in December 2020 at their London offices. My main point of contact throughout the process assured me in person that I would be informed of the outcome, good or bad. After multiple attempts over months to contact her and FleishmanHillard Fishburn over email and phone I gave up.
Very disappointing, as the whole process took months and multiple trips to London. Getting reimbursed for travel also took an unusually long time.
