Had a personal interview directly with the hiring manager. It was a good interpersonal discussion and quickly realized that I'm probably not qualified since I don't have specific shipping and Logistics product experience but I did get the interview so that was a good sign. Hiring manager was very pleasant and enjoyable to talk to. I got a rejection email immediately after, like 1 day, which I kind of expected. Overall quick and clean process.
