Happened in May.
Took 4 weeks from application to first round of phone interview with recruiter. Next round was a phone interview with a PM after a week. Then was called to the office within the next week, and sat through 4 rounds (1 with hiring manager, 1 with PM, 1 with a Techie and 1 with another manager). In the process it was clear that the hiring manager was not interested, (plus I am already highly paid and they are not known to be good paymasters) so that was the end of that. End of day, something strange took place. A recruiter came in and made a long winded speech about flipkart work culture and management capabilities and org. transformation and some other things and then dismissed me!

Recruiter reached out to me and rescheduled 3 times and finally I had the interview with a a completely different person.
The concerned person was least interested in the interview and cut short 1 hour interview to 20 mins .
