The process had three rounds-
1-HR discussion on current profile and expected salary.
2-Resume Grilling-discussion on the previous work experience and some situation based questions
3-Case study with Director Marketplace- on NPS
The process went on whole started at 9:00 Am and went beyond 8:00 PM , the time I left and few more candidates were waiting for their turn..

During the case study on NPS.... the questions by the interviewer on the Alliance with the Seller on market place. The question was simple as he asked if seller is selling at a high price and its effecting the NPS in negative way... what will you do?..but all the answers given were not applicable.. as the seller was not ready to discuss on anything and the seller cannot be replaced/or new seller cannot be added...
